How to Freeze a Bottle of Beer in Front of your Eyes

I found this trick pretty cool! I've even went as far as showcasing this trick at a recent house party. Needless to say, everyone was amazed :)

What this trick consists of is a bottle of beer, a freezer and a crowd of people (preferably a little tipsy)

Instructions:

1. Get a Bottle of Beer
2. Place the beer bottle vertically in a freezer.
3. Wait approx. 3 hours
4. Take the Beer Bottle Out and tap it on a kitchen counter.
5. Watch as the liquid gold becomes beer ice in front of your eyes.

Toronto's REAL Oktoberfest!

So yesterday kicked off Toronto's finest Oktoberfest at the St.Laurence Market. (www.torontooktoberfest.ca) The music was hopping and the Bavarian outfits were everywhere! Along with great food (they had amazing pretzels) the Toronto Argonaut Cheerleaders were a hoot and George Kash and his gang had us all entertained through the whole night!

Now to the most important aspect of Oktoberfest, the beer. I must say, the best beers of the night have to go to our friends at Tyskie and Erdinger. Maybe it was the atmosphere or the oversized Beer Steins but those beers were going down so smooth!

Lastly I would like to give a special thanks to the organizers of the event! They pulled off a great party and I can't wait to do it all over again next year! (T minus 364 days)
